The convenient location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Shipyard in Malate, along with helpful staff providing useful recommendations on activities, made the stay enjoyable.

Convenient setting, near Intramuros, Robinsons shopping mall and metro line, AYALA, which is super clean and well developed and the center of the fun in Malate. Well-trained and competent staff with a smile.

Great view of the sea from the suite 🌊, and you've got all the kitchen essentials - a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. the staff here are always super professional and friendly.

Convenience, new build, quiet airconditioner
Building still being completed so not all facilities available/usable; swimming pool still having decor works done and gym/saunas not yet open. Fire water sprinklers in room still had protective plastic covers on!

The unit was new.Reception was helpful. The location is accessible to shops. Egyptian owner was nice enough to offer free airport transfer.
No official receipt for the stay, charges 3 percent on credit cards, no card machine at reception, housekeeping was sloppy. Tried to pass off used bed linen from previous guest as fresh. Had balcony doors with defective locks. Got transfered after being locked in because of jammed front door.Building is not fully opened and operational? There are 4 lifts but only one operates at a time. Egyptian owner is sometimes in conflict with Filipina wife about rates and staffing procedures which inconveniences guests. On weekends a loud band plays music until early morning. Not good if you want a quiet night for sleeping.

I chose this place because it is new, and I wanted a hotel that was not worn down and dirty. While it is new, it has been finished to a Philipino standard and the walls and floors are covered with paint splatter, the fittings have holes in the walls and the toilet does not work in the room I had, even though they just opened 5 months ago. The construction noise starts at 7:30 am, the elevators are assigned to the workers and you wait forever some times to use them. It is sort of the combination of the worst a construction site has to offer and a new building that just does not seem clean.
The toilet did not flush and I had them come in four times in two days to fix it. It would last for one or two flushes after they left because the installation was done poorly. The maids scream at each other from one end of the floor to the other, the elevators are used by the construction workers, and everything stunk of smoke, including the manager of the reception office who fills up the small space with his cigarettes. I would give this place a pass.

Employees were very amiable and hospitable!
Have stayed here many times and would return there. The highlight was the outstanding food. Location: the hotel was near to the Robinsons Mall and restaurants and Manila Bay. I tried some drinks at bar Tambayan Gastrobar, located 5 minutes walk away...
